How do I begin to describe Mandy Forwell? There are too many good things to say; I am unsure where to start. I quit the “9-5 Office Grind” a few years back to follow my passion... but after 3-4 years of chasing 'my passion', I realised that 'passion' doesn’t always pay your bills, and your car/life can only run so far on ‘Happy thoughts’.
Being in a financial strain and unemployed can be tiring and stressful on many levels. Dare I say, I would still be struggling like a fish out of water, gasping for some help, if it was not for Mandy.
Mandy has an outstanding nature, and is by far one of the most warm, genuine, dedicated, caring individuals I have met; and all tied in with the utmost professionalism.
If you're anything like me, rejigging your CV can really make you cringe. Its something I struggle with, so after searching for work for close to 9 months it was yet another hurdle I had to face. Mandy managed to assess and pull all of my skills together and made this process something that did not make me want to 'grind my teeth to the gum'.
I had multiple interviews within weeks and I am now in my absolute dream job while still being able to chase my passion. I can honestly and confidently say there is no way my current workplace would have looked at my CV without the assistance of Mandy.
Mandy certainly also assisted in helping me find a balance in life that I was struggling to find, - dare I say, 'for years'!

Over 8 years ago I was at a crossroads of where I wanted to be work wise.
Not realising what work i had gathered through my working career. Talking to Mandy she brought out all the jobs that I had gained so much knowledge from.
Work wise I have not looked back, i have walked out of a job and always walked into another very soon after.
I have done what i wanted on my bucket list through Mandy making me realise that I could through experience i never thought i had but i had gained through other roles.
