To my surprise, I was referred to Mandy Forwell by a lady who also runs a 'Resume Writing' service. She had heard of how successful Mandy's services have been for clients, especially in the area of Selection Criteria which she did not cover.

I would like to thank MANDY FORWELL for her excellent work on my Resume and Selection Criteria. I had tried other companies who informed me that it would take at least 2 weeks to complete. I only had three days. I was applying for an advanced leadership position which required a submission to an extremely high standard. I came across Mandy’s name in a Google search and at short notice and late at night, she saw me.

With great skill and patience, she drew the information from me. The following morning I checked my emails and I was shocked to find that Mandy had put together a draft copy. She had worked in to the early hours of the morning due to my time constraints.

Over the next 2 days, Mandy worked with me until the application was complete. I was extremely happy with her work and was not only successful in obtaining an interview, but also in securing the position against 60 other applicants.

What I really appreciated was the personal attention and valuable advice during the interview period, gleaning information and effectively making sure that all aspects of the selection criteria were covered in detail. Due to the seniority of these positions (level 5 and 6) and the responsibility levels involved, this was particularly important and accurately reflected my work ethic and personality. I believe that the entire process was conducted to a high standard and was a significant factor in contributing towards the overall success in obtaining these positions.

Hi everyone,

Having just been made redundant, I thought it was time to update my CV and get serious about a new career. I found Mandy on the WEB, gave her a call and immediatley felt comfortable talking to her about my situation.

Having been a Managing Director of a successful company in the past, I was applying for an Executive General Manager position and required an extensive selection criteria to be also compiled.

Mandy was thoroughly professional in her dealings with my wife and I. She assisted me to investigate my past experience, knowledge and skills. She then incorporated this into an extremely useful format to present to employers and training institutions. The new C.V. and selection criteria that Mandy assisted me to formulate has provided a magnificent foundation from which to present myself to employers. As a result of this I have gained numerous interviews in my professional field and career development options.

When I graduated from university I initially gained casual employment, then contractual employment. This gave me valuable experience and knowledge. As I am a mature age graduate Mandy assisted me to recognise transferable skills that could be used in new employment roles. I now work as an environmental scientist in a permanent professional role.
